The gameplay delivers a fast-paced, twin-stick roguelike shooting loop set across procedurally generated microscopic battlefields. Players maneuver through cellular terrain, blasting away white blood cells, killer T-cells, and bio-mechanized host defenses. As you defeat host cells, you harvest vital organelles and genetic material, using them as currency to evolve your parasite mid-run with devastating offensive and defensive mutations—such as toxic spore clouds, hardened viral shells, or rapid-fire flagella projectiles. Every successful infection stage triggers a massive counter-response from the host’s immune system, forcing you to constantly adapt your build, manage your viral load, and conquer towering organ-based boss encounters.

How to Download, Extract & Play Pathogenic on PC

1. Download the game and save it to your PC.
2. Right-click the downloaded file and select “Extract Here” or “Extract to folder” using WinRAR or any similar tool.
3. Wait for the extraction process to complete.
4. Once done, open the extracted folder.
5. Run pathogenic.exe to start the game.
